Melanie aka HomesickYorkshirelass, moved to Melbourne in 2005 with her husband and two lovely sons. She knits to keep sane and connected to her Yorkshire roots and has recently discovered the magic of spinning her own yarn and occasionally dabbles in dyeing. Passionate about woolly wool and rare breeds of sheep in particular British breeds. Also loves music, film, books, baking, Yorkshire tea, Green & Blacks’s chocolate, Hendricks gin, pyjamas and flannelette bed-linen and beer-making.
